Their omelette is mixed with bacon, chorizo, mushrooms, onions and mozzarella cheese. It's everything you'll ever need in one omelette! The price range is high; but you get what you pay for. They are soft and light, airy, sweet and very rich in the taste of egg! Italian-Chinese Fusion Cuisine is the Best Combo

This restaurant is best known for their interior, but do you know about their food well? They do Italian cuisine with a touch of Chinese style - just like the spaghetti we ordered. It's mixed with asparagus, mushroom and "golden" crab meat with a salty egg york sauce. We don't usually see salty egg york in pasta as this is kind of a Chinese thing but they come out so good that we could't resist every single bite of them.

A Hong Kong Styled Western Bakery Can't be Found Elsewhere

Dominique Ansel Bakery is everywhere across the world, but this one and only Dang Wen Li is newly open in Hong Kong has its own unique style and dishes that you can't find them elsewhere. They specialised loads of desserts in simulation of pineapple bun, ancient egg, fish ball, etc. This bakery also offer savoury food like egg sandwiches and omelette soufflé. Our top 1 favourite is their Silk Egg Katsu Sando as the deep-fried egg was so soft, smooth and instantly melted in our mouth. Everything else was in the top standard as well. From their signature pastry to the Thousand Year Egg, Dominique Ansel has never let us disappointed!

Korean Rice Omelette is Nothing like Spicy Kimchi

You were wrong if you thought spicy was the only word to describe Korean food. If you are looking for non-spicy Korean food, this restaurant is where you should go to! Here we find one of the best Korean rice omelette for you. The portion was a bit big so it's better to have it shared. It is advised to eat the rice with a spoonful of rice. Slightly cut a line in the middle of the omelette to cover all rice and you are off to eat! It's simply just tasty! This watery rice omelette will totally change how you think of Korean food!

Hong Kong Egg Waffle Goes Perfectly with Matcha

Of course you can't do an Easter egg hunting without a try on street food, right? This On-the-go egg waffle, or if you prefer calling it bubble waffle, is one of the best local snack that every Hongkonger would probably recommend it to you. This one is hidden inside a shopping mall, and it is waiting for you to discover more than just an egg waffle! They offer a variety of flavours from original and fruity to tea-flavoured and savoury. Our pick is their matcha green tea egg waffle with mochi - it's rich in matcha with a crispy and also chewy texture. Yum!

Dutch Pancake is Simple but Rich in Taste

This Dutch pancake might look too plain to be good but it did go beyond our expectation. It arrived in a very hot pan so the pancake stayed hot when eating. It was very crispy on the side and soft in the middle. The taste of egg was so strong. It was so nice to have it with the caramel sauce and the vanilla ice-cream on top. They are all so good together.

If you enjoy eating eggs, you have no excuse to miss this restaurant out. You can literally find egg in every single dish here. They even claim that their eggs are so fresh that you can eat it raw. We doubted it until we tried it. Their egg dishes were so delicious. We couldn't even believe that there could be so many combinations of Tamagoyaki omelette! We came back twice in one single week simply because we loved it!
