Brighton - A Seaside City with Beaches
This place is definitely a paradise to someone who loves sea and beaches. The best time to visit Brighton has to be in summertime or it would be freezing and you wouldn't be able to enjoy the sunshine with your bikini on. Last time we were there in May and it was still a bit chilly. Perhaps the entire July should be best for a warm nicely sunbathing.
Cambridge - A Classic Academic City with Bridges
You really have to visit Cambridge at least once in your lifetime; and you should definitely take a gondola boat trip to see all the famous historical bridges, such as the Bridge of Sighs and the Mathematical Bridge in one go. You would probably love to do that, too? So let's take a trip to Oxford and spot all the scenes from the film series now!
Sussex - Seven Sisters Country Park of the White Cliffs
To be honest, there is no direct transport to reach Sussex from London but you can always change a bus from Brighton city centre. The Seven Sisters Country Park is undoubtedly worth a visit and we would suggest that you should stay in Brighton for a night, possibly on a weekend, then move on to Sussex and the country park in the morning. You will need at least half a day to walk along the whole cliffside from Birling Gap (East Dean) back to Seven Sisters Country Park. Be well-prepared!
Windsor - A Royal City with a Castle
You wouldn't have any excuses not going to Windsor because it only takes around 50 minutes from London city centre.
