We loved the stuffed squids with spinach smash. Their seafood risotto in a pot is also very impressive; the rice absorbed the tomato soup base and it was utterly tasty. #2 Visiting Bled Castle on the Hill
Look upon to the sky or you might have missed the Bled Castle on the hill. This medieval castle itself might not be the reason you came to Bled, but you can't really leave the city without overlooking Lake Bled from the castle. And it makes the site one of the most visited tourist attractions in Slovenia at all times. Come over and find out the views the royals used to see!
#3 Taking the Pletna boat to Bled Island
Pletna boat is a Slovenian version of Venetian gondola boat, which takes everyone from the pier to the isolated Bled Island floating in the middle of Lake Bled. If you want to make your visit to the church, you will either have to take the pletna boat, or you paddle along the lake to get there yourself. In summer, it's possible to swim over there if you dare.
